GuideRamp

Volunteer with GuideRamp

GuideRamp lists accessibility details for businesses in San Antonio and Scottsdale: parking, entrances, ramps, restrooms, seating, and staff help. Those details come from people who have been there. Volunteers add them by posting reviews.

How it works

  1. Create a free volunteer account with a display name, email, and password.
  2. Find a business you have visited and open its listing.
  3. Choose “Write an accessibility review.”
  4. Answer the questions you can, one section at a time. Skip anything you did not see. You can add an entrance or restroom photo at the end.
  5. Publish. Your review appears on the listing under your display name.

Review guidelines

  • Share only what you saw or experienced yourself.
  • Choose “Not sure” or skip a question rather than guess.
  • Describe the place as it was on your visit. Conditions can change.
  • Leave out other people’s personal information, including in photos.

Browsing does not need an account

Anyone can search listings and read reviews without signing up. An account is only needed to post a review. You can see and delete your reviews, or delete your account, from your account page.
